Accessing Your NDSU E-mail Account

IMAP

Mail@NDSU uses the IMAP protocol, which leaves mail on a central server for access from multiple locations. Faculty, staff, and other NDSU employees with IMAP mail can access their accounts through popular e-mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, and Eudora.

GroupWise

GroupWise is used by some departments on campus for access to e-mail and calendar services. If your department uses GroupWise:

• Contact the ITS Help Desk (231-8685) to request a new GroupWise account or to re-install GroupWise software.
• Contact ITS Instructional Services to request a GroupWise Quick Reference Card.
• Log in to GroupWise.

Webmail

Students may access their NDSU e-mail accounts via the Web using the Webmail e-mail service. Log in to Webmail at https://webmail.ndsu.nodak.edu/.
