There is so much more involved in using a
Webmail account than just sending and receiving e-mail. To best
utilize Webmail, you need to adapt it fit your individual
requirements. Several choices of themes, languages, folders, and
other preferences are available.
- Personal Information: You can customize the
personal information sent to the recipient of an e-mail. This may
include your name, personal signature, and reply settings.
- Display Preferences: Customizing the overall
look of your mailbox, you can change the color themes, use
Javascript, switch displays to another language, and alter other
settings.
- Message Highlighting: Based upon given
criteria, incoming messages can have different background colors
in the message list. This helps to easily distinguish who the
messages are from, especially when reading mailing lists.
- Folder Preferences: From these settings, you
can control the way folders are manipulated.
- Index Order: This section gives you control
over the message list. You can choose how much information you
want in the message list and in what order it should be
displayed.
