Available Equipment in Instrumented Classrooms

The following items are available for use in all of the instrumented classrooms on campus (with some exceptions**):

  • Ceiling Mounted LCD Projector
  • PC Computer (with monitor)
    • CD/DVD Drive (you can play DVD movies)
    • USB Port (on front of computer for use with Flash Drives)
  • VCR
  • Document Camera (for projecting overhead transparecies and normal paper)
  • Wireless Gyromouse and standard Mouse
  • Keyboard
  • Multimedia Speakers
  • Laptop Access (for using your own laptop with the projector)
  • Medialink Control System (for easily switching between the devices)
  • Overhead Transparency Projector
  • PRS Receivers

The following rooms have wireless microphones:

  • Steven's Auditorium
  • Askanese Auditorium
  • CME Auditorium
  • FLC 124
  • ABEN 223
  • Downtown 114
  • Ladd 107
  • Loftsgard 114
  • Minard 136
  • Minard 138
  • Minard 219

** The following is a list of differences in standard equipment for classrooms:

  • Putnam 101 does not have a document camera
  • South Engineering 116 has two LCD projectors
  • Steven's Auditorium has a Crestron touch screen control system
  • Steven's Auditorium has a separate DVD player.
  • Robinson 106 and Stevens 204 only have a projector and PRS receivers installed.
  • The following computer clusters only have an LCD projector

    • Sudro 131
    • Downtown 420
