The Legislative Bill Tracking System (LBTS) is a subscription-based, value-added, labor saving system designed to track multiple bills through the legislative process during the Legislative Session. The system is operated by the North Dakota State University in partnership with the Legislative Council and Information Technology Department (ITD). Data is updated at the close of each day during the Session.

LBTS is free for state government and higher education users. The fee for other users is $300 for the 2007 legislative session. LBTS is available online at http://lbts.nodak.edu.
