SPSS Enterprise Agreement

An Enterprise license agreement will guarantee that we will not 'run out' of licenses.

All previous agreements have been replaced with the Enterprise Agreement.
There are some changes from past agreements that you need to be aware of before ordering.

The SPSS Enterprise Agreement will be for Windows platform only and include the following modules:

• SPSS Base
• SPSS Advanced Models
• SPSS Regression Models

The terms of this agreement required an adjustment in our renewal period.

The "full year" contract will begin August 1, 2007 and continue through July 31, 2008 and the cost for a license will be $50.

Each successive contract renewal period will be from August 1 through July 31. Prices will be monitored and adjusted each year to meet the cost of renewing the agreement.

The only NEW or RENEWAL license available will be SPSS version 15.

Please Note:

Current Contract Date for all NEW and RENEWED licenses:

August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008

To Purchase a NEW License ---or--- To RENEW Your Current License:

Any license purchased prior to January 2000 has expired and therefore would require the purchase of a "NEW" license.

A "RENEWAL" license is available to any campus user with a "current" (you can still open SPSS and it has full function) license.

All NEW and RENEWAL license orders require the submission of the following information --- your software contact/campus coordinator will need to know:

• User's Department
• User's First and Last Name
• User's Email Address
• User's Phone
• User's machine ID (inventory # or serial number **)
• User's Physical location
• Addr1
• Addr2
• User's City, St, Zip
• (NDSU users please note that not all of our users are located "on" this campus but are NDSU employees)
• Feel free to add notes that will help you with tracking these licenses.

SPSS licenses are available only to the following North Dakota University System Campuses:

• Dickinson State University
• Minot State University
• North Dakota State College of Science
• North Dakota State University
• University of North Dakota - Grand Forks
• Valley City State University
