Create Videos Using Windows Movie Maker

Windows Movie Maker is a basic video creating/editing software included in most current versions of Microsoft Windows. In this class, you'll learn how to import video clips, pictures, and sound files into Movie Maker. Next you'll learn how to assemble the imported media and use features within Movie Maker to add special effects, transitions, narration, and audio to create a movie.

Since the computers in IACC 246 are now equipped with webcams, you'll get "hands-on" practice using the webcam to record the video and incorporating that video into your movie. You'll also have a chance to publish your movie and we'll discuss various ways to publish and distribute videos (e.g., YouTube and others).
